Hampir di setiap sektor Tetap ada Pungli dan tidak Benar Benar yang lulus adalah kadidat yang mampu, tapi yang lolos sebarapa besar di bayar, ini sdh menjadi rahasia Umum, setiap mengurus apapun tidak ada pungli maka tidak ceapat bahkan tidak jadi.
