Dengan adanya kebijakan serba digital bukan tambah bagus untuk masyarakat malah semakin sulit, serba di persulit . Seperti materai digital atau bisa dibilang e-materai tidak dapat digunakan malah semakin merugikan masyarakat banyak oknum atau aplikasi berkedok penipuan. Peruri jika masih belum maksimal dari segi teknisi atau belum siap di pakai harap jangan di paksakan. Karena akan banyak kerugian yang di timbulkan khususnya pihak masyarakat yang ingin mendaftar CPNS .
